ASHLEE MESTDAGH-RATHBUN - Owner/Director, Dance Instructor
Young Studio Owner and Director, Ashlee Mestdagh-Rathbun, has had over 20 years of dance training in a variety of different styles. She has attended and continues to attend many conventions and classes nation-wide taught by some of the top professionals in the nation, most recently including Sonya Tayeh and Brooke Pierotti. Ashlee has received numerous awards as both a group member and a soloist at local, regional, and national levels, including being selected as a semi-finalist for Dancer of the Year in 2003, the title of MISS DANCE OF IOWA 2006, and top student choreography awards. She continues to receive choreography awards at many top dance competitions, regionally and nationally. Ashlee enjoys teaching and worked with and choreographed for the Madrid High School cheerleaders for three years, leading them to their first victory in competition. While in school, she has been a cheerleader for a semi-pro basketball team and a member of a non-profit hip hop group. Ashlee's creativity, well-rounded training, and innovative, always changing style make DANCE 2 XTREME a studio to watch for! This marks Ashlee's sixth year of owning and operating D2X in Lake City.
